Introduction

This user guide helps you use ST860U EDGE modem quickly.

• Check your notebook and make sure it comes with a USB port which the EDGE modem requires
• Insert SIM card correctly
• Turn on your notebook and install ST860U manager software from the driver CD provided
• Insert EDGE modem into a USB port when prompted to complete driver installation
• You can connect to the network, make a call and send a message by clicking the ST860U icon on your desktop
